PHASE I: Update of transaction processing interfaces with the VISA franchise

The VISA transaction authorization service may experience intermittent service interruptions, with the possibility of declines for a 15-minute period, from 3:00 a.m., COL., to 3:30 a.m., COL.

Gateways should not make any developments or adjustments, as this is an internal Redeban change. However, we recommend monitoring transactions for unusual behavior (other than issues such as insufficient balance, invalid data, invalid card status, etc.) after 3:30 a.m. COL on Monday, September 1, 2025, at which time the change from Redeban is finalized.
