Impact:
Online refund processing: Refunds requested via API or dashboard will be unavailable for up to 3 hours. If the merchant attempts to refund a customer during this period, the request may fail or be held.
Order Modifications: Manual capture requests or cancellations will be queued. Processing will only return to normal after maintenance.
Order Notifications: Although “Authorized/Declined” notifications (in real time) will not be affected, other status notifications (such as capture or settlement confirmation) may be delayed by up to 3 hours. This may cause a slight delay in updating the order status in the merchant's system.
Auto-capture: For merchants who operate with authorization and subsequent automatic capture, the process will be paused. Captures will be processed in batches as soon as the system returns.
