This maintenance allows us to prove that a fail over to our alternative data centre works as intended, which is a necessary step to prevent uncontrolled outages during planned maintenance.

The fail over also allows us to continue our program of network maintenance activities, upgrading associated hardware and software whilst providing new security features.

Services affected

Card Payouts: Mastercard and Visa Payout attempts will be queued and processed after maintenance is complete. Mastercard Send Payouts and Visa Direct Payouts will not be affected.

Incremental Authorisation: Incremental Authorisation requests submitted without a cookie, or with the previous authorisation being over 3 days old will fail. We recommend resubmitting any failed requests after the maintenance is complete.

Online Refund Processing: Online Refund Processing will be unavailable for up to 3 hours.

Order Inquiries: Order Inquiries will be unavailable for up to 3 hours. If you have integrated Order Inquiry responses into your payment processing, then this could cause you impact during our maintenance. Order Inquiries submitted during our maintenance will return the following error:

Synchronised Order Modifications: Synchronised Order Modifications will be unavailable for up to 4 hours.

Order Modifications: Order Modifications submitted during our maintenance will be queued. Please don’t resubmit Order Modifications. All queued Order Modifications will be processed after maintenance is complete.

Auto-capture: Auto-captures will be paused during our maintenance and will be automatically processed after our maintenance is complete.

Order Notifications: Notifications for Authorised/Refused, not submitted via a batch, will be unaffected. All other notifications will be queued for up to 3 hours. Once the notification service resumes notifications will be sent in order and will work towards usual service.

Merchant Administration Interface: The Merchant Administration Interface will be unavailable for up to 3 hours.

Pay As Order: Pay As Order requests submitted will fail if the original order is older than 3 days. We recommend resubmitting any failed requests after the maintenance is complete to process the payment successfully.
